westminster is 36 degrees. it is in the 20's in oakland. we do not see much of a rise in temperatures today and we do not see temperatures improving for daytime highs near much over the next few days. the wind is pushing the squad to the cell. eventually, we will get out from under the stuff. -- pushing this cloud to the south. eventually we will get out from under this stuff. we have cold air coming out of canada and that will be visiting us right through the weekend and into next week. there is another storm out in the west coast as well. that will come across the country. so we will introduce more precipitation in the forecast as to go into the weekend. mostly cloudy for the rest of the day and the rain chances have gone down to just about zero now. there may be a few patches of drizzle.

i expect only 45 degrees for the high point we're getting tough time -- we're having a tough time getting out of the 30's. the north wind is at 7 miles per hour. it will clear tonight and be unseasonably cold. north-2-northwest wind at 5 miles per hour. we see the drying conditions, but the cold flow of air is coming in. by friday, it will begin to pile up and the next storm from the west coast will push in on saturday. it has a little snow, mixed precipitation, and rain as well. we will have to see where the temperatures are. we will be right on the fence with a wintry mix as we get into the weekend. 46 degrees is for the high
